Overview
We are looking for a Strategic Program Manager to help bring structure, alignment, and visibility across multiple cross-functional initiatives in a fast-moving organization.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, can prioritize effectively, and enjoys building scalable processes while partnering closely with leadership and operational teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate strategic and operational initiatives across teams.
- Partner with leadership to define priorities, timelines, and execution plans.
- Improve visibility, accountability, and communication across projects and stakeholders.
- Identify blockers, risks, and process gaps, and help drive solutions.
- Build lightweight operational frameworks, reporting systems, and scalable workflows.
- Ensure initiatives stay aligned with business goals and are executed efficiently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategic Operations, PMO, or similar roles.
- Strong experience managing cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience with tools such as Asana, Jira, Notion, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Availability to work Central Time hours (8 AM – 5 PM CT).
Nice to Have
- Experience in scaling organizations, operational transformation, or PMO environments.
- Background working in evolving or high-growth companies.
