Titanium Financial Ltd, trading as Titanium Escrow, is an independent provider of escrow, custody and paying agency for transactions. Authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of ADGM since 2020. Permission scope: Providing Custody and Providing Money Services.
We hold and release funds on documented instructions and the evidence specified in the escrow agreement, independently and without discretion. Client money is held in segregated accounts, and Emirates NBD is a banking partner for client accounts. Enhanced due diligence is applied on a risk-assessed basis.
The work spans M&A escrow (completion accounts, holdbacks, earn-outs and deferred consideration), paying agency for multi-seller distributions, subscription and capital call accounts for private capital, settlement and restructuring escrow, and UAE real estate escrow with manager's cheque issuance for non-resident buyers.
We are instructed by law firms across ADGM, DIFC, onshore UAE and international jurisdictions, private equity sponsors and family offices. KYC, AML and settlement mechanics are handled on our side of the deed, so counsel can focus on the transaction.
Pros: I've found Titanium Escrow to be a stable employer. The team I work with is fantastic, very supportive and collaborative, which makes handling complex transactions much smoother. They offer decent opportunities to develop skills relevant to real estate transactions and financial services. The office environment is generally professional and comfortable, and the location in Abu Dhabi is convenient for many.
Cons: While pay and benefits are competitive, there's room for improvement in how quickly new employees receive comprehensive training on advanced systems. Sometimes, the workload can feel a bit overwhelming during peak seasons, impacting work-life balance slightly. Communication from senior leadership could also be more transparent regarding long-term strategic goals for the escrow department.
Advice to Management: Consider enhancing onboarding for new hires and improving cross-departmental communication for better workflow. Recognizing employee achievements more publicly could also boost morale.
