Pros: Logsquare offers truly interesting projects, particularly within the enterprise solutions space, which really helped me build my skills in client management and technical delivery. The team culture is generally collaborative and supportive, especially among peers. Working in Dubai also provides a unique international perspective for a tech role. The hybrid work model we had post-pandemic was a definite plus.
Cons: While the pay and benefits are decent for a company in this sector, I sometimes felt that the career growth path, especially for technical specialists rather than pure management tracks, wasn't always clearly laid out or consistently supported. Some internal processes could also be streamlined to improve efficiency.
