Mindsets is a talent centric investment company headquartered in Beirut. It currently operates three strategic business units, one business line and a data and AI studio. At the corporate level, it aims to maximize value creation from the optimal allocation of intellectual capital held by its talent pool and its library of experiences. It seeks to leverage its infrastructure, including organizational setups, access to SMEs, geographical presence, network of stakeholders, offering a mature business platform for leaders to explore new ideas to grow. Mindsets is a technology enabled and a technology enabling organization. It explores agentic AI in designing career pathways for its talent base as well as producing a smart digital twin of its intellectual capital base. Mindsets Strategy and Decision Advisors (MSDA) and its Data and AI Studio (DAIS) deliver consulting services and solutions primarily in the MENA region, served from the Beirut, Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah and Rotterdam offices, and aim to expand the reach of their services to Europe and North America. Mindsets Value Added Market Activation (VAMA) business line actively seeks to identify and procure for resale advanced technologies that are looking to bring their products to the EMENA region. Mindsets Deventure (MDev), operates in relatively stable and mature economies to develop real estate and renewable energy projects. Mindsets Ventures (MV) is the inhouse venture studio, leveraging its presence in the market as an advisor and a business owner to ideate, groom and spin off the next market disruptor in the market segments that Mindsets understands best. Ibtikari is MV’s first graduating start-up, offering venture building as a service to clients. Mindsetters working across the organization hone their basic transferable skills and augment these with incremental SBU/BL specific skills that they then transform into new transferable skills, bringing unique perspectives to problem solving and value creation.
