Pros: I've had the chance to work on a variety of projects during my tenure here, which has been excellent for expanding my skillset as a Software Developer. The team environment is very collaborative, and everyone is generally willing to help each other out. I appreciate the flexibility offered, allowing for a good work-life balance. Cons: While opportunities for learning are abundant, a more defined path for career progression would be beneficial. Sometimes during peak project times, the workload can feel a bit intense, and communication about workload distribution could be clearer. Getting approvals for certain training or tools can also take a bit longer than ideal, but these are minor points in an otherwise positive experience.
