Great Flexibility in a Growing Health Tech Sales Role
Pros: The biggest pro for me as an Account Executive in the healthcare technology space at Doctify is the incredible work flexibility. I'm able to set my own schedule and largely manage my client base in Sydney from a hybrid work arrangement. This autonomy allows for a much better work-life balance than many sales roles offer. The team collaboration is also fantastic; everyone is genuinely supportive and willing to share insights, which really helps when navigating a complex industry like digital
Cons: While the flexibility is great, there can sometimes be a lack of clarity in communication regarding new product features or internal process changes, which can impact sales efforts. It occasionally feels like updates could be more streamlined, leading to some reactive work. Also, during peak sales cycles, the workload can become quite intense, making it challenging to maintain the usual work-life balance, even with the flexibility. Faster approval processes for custom client solutions would
Advice to Management: Continue to foster the flexible work environment, but focus on enhancing internal communication channels, especially around product updates and process improvements. Streamlining approval workflows for sales proposals would also greatly benefit the Account Executive team, allowing us to be more agile in a competitive market.

Great Balance in Healthtech SaaS
Pros: Doctify offers a refreshing work-life balance for a healthtech SaaS company. As a Customer Success Manager, I appreciate the management's commitment to flexible working arrangements in Sydney. The team culture is incredibly supportive and collaborative, fostering a positive environment where I've learned a lot and felt valued.
Cons: During peak project periods, the workload can become quite demanding, making it a bit challenging to fully disconnect at times. Enhancing cross-departmental communication for larger initiatives could also streamline processes and reduce potential bottlenecks, improving efficiency overall.
Advice to Management: Continue to prioritize and invest in initiatives that support employee well-being, especially during high-demand phases. Fostering even clearer communication across all teams would also help in managing expectations and workflows more effectively.

Good experience in HealthTech, room for improvement
Pros: There's a genuinely supportive culture at Doctify, and my colleagues were fantastic. The company provides good exposure to the fast-paced HealthTech industry, offering opportunities to work on interesting projects. Remote work flexibility is a big plus, making it easier to manage personal commitments. Leadership is generally approachable.
Cons: While flexibility is good, work-life balance can sometimes be strained during peak project times. Communication from senior leadership could be clearer on long-term strategy sometimes. Pay and benefits, while fair, aren't the most competitive in the current London market for specialized tech roles.
Advice to Management: Continue fostering the strong culture and provide more transparent communication on strategic direction. Consider reviewing compensation packages to remain highly competitive in the London tech market.
