The hybrid model in the Mumbai office helps a lot; you get WFH flexibility a few days a week. For a Software Engineer, the core hours are manageable, which is a plus in the email marketing industry.
Cons: Sometimes, project deadlines can still creep into evenings, especially for new features on the SaaS platform. It's not always consistent across teams; some product development teams seem to work longer hours. Getting vacation approved can be a bit slow.
