About the Job

The Salesforce Technical Support Officer will be the first point of contact for internal and external customers experiencing technical issues across our range of digital products. The officer will also be required to provide timely assistance and resolution, while maintaining a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to software that is used by internal and external customers. This includes:

Job Requirements:

· Diploma in Information Technology, or related field.

· Prior experience in technical support and usage of ticketing systems.

· Prior experience in Salesforce CRM.

· Demonstrated customer service mind-set and ability to engage multiple stakeholders.

JOB SUMMARY: Excelerate seeks a skilled vessel superintendent (VSI)to join our team in Singapore and take on the responsibility for ensuring high safety, technical and operational standards for the vessels. This is a critical role within the organization, in maintaining operational excellence and compliance with Company policies and Industry standards and regulations.

The selected VSI will be responsible for FSRU’s currently operating offshore Bangladesh. He/she will manage the technical integrity of the vessel within the context of ongoing regasification operations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions:

· Render timely technical and marine engineering advice and assist in shipping operations to ensure reliable, safe and cost-efficient operations.

· Achieve industry-wide best standards for vessel operations, dry docking, repairs and performance by application of statistical analysis on repair periods, frequency and timing of repairs. Monitor fuel and oil consumption, equipment failure and spare part replacement rates.

· Monitor the system of planned maintenance while ensuring it is maintained, up-to-date and compliant with regulatory, company and industry (TMSA) requirements.

· Ensure all annual plans (maintenance and operations) are managed in accordance with agreed budgets and financial approvals.

· Ensure that vessels are ready at all times for SIRE inspections and any other third-party audits or inspections, including diligence of fleet spares and inventory control.

COMMUNICATION:

· Ensure system failures, non-conformities or deficiencies are reported and timely corrective actions are planned and implemented.

· Prepare and follow up on vessel requirements and logistics in close collaboration with Supply Chain Management.

· Update management and finance department with regular budget updates.

· Act as primary point of contact between FSRU, classification societies and Flag administration.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

· Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (Steam and/or Motor) Certificate of Competency with sea service on LNG tankers in a senior role

· Preferably 18 months of service in a senior position on an LNG tanker and/or petroleum tanker and/or shore-side experience as a Technical Superintendent or similar position for LNG vessels.

· FSRU on board service and/or shore-side support is preferred.

· In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations including SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM, ISPS, MLC.

· Experience with the NSE planned maintenance system and SAP is preferred.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the vessel’s crew and help create an inclusive and efficient working environment.

· A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example during ship visits.

· Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with diverse stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.

· Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

· Willing to travel abroad around 10 % of the time. Position requires ability to be ‘on call’ including nights and weekends.

Work Experience

• 8+ years of experience in project management.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech. , M.E./M. Tech. or M. Sc. in Computer Science / Electronics Engineering / MCA

Responsibilities:

• To perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act
• To supervise the timely execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, allocated timeframe, all other contract documents and site instructions.
• To check all drawings and specifications to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans for discrepancies and report to the Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person as stated below:

1. Check shop drawings submitted by contractor.
2. Check as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual submitted by contractor.

• To check on quality of materials and samples delivered to site and report to Superintending Officer / Consultant / Qualified Person on any materials that are not conforming to the specifications.
• To check mock-ups done on site, where necessary.
• To ensure that the required construction tests in connection with the construction works are carried out where necessary.
• To prepare defect lists, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified
• Write daily reports of works done by contractor and record daily manpower status on site.
• Inspect and maintain records of equipment/machinery/licensed machinery operator/permits (both statutory and aviation requirements)
• To ensure that the structural elements or critical works of the construction works are being carried out in accordance with the approved plans and with any terms and conditions imposed by the Commissioner of Building Control where necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least three (3) years shall be in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in buildings, services laying and lighting & control systems.
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution or relevant qualifications.
• Accreditation with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore are preferred.
• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BCSS) Course.
• Contract Period: 1 year , subject to extension depending on project requirement

Description:

• To be overall in-charge of the management and control of individual Site team of Resident Technical Officer(s) and ensure that there is satisfactory supervision provided.
• To conduct safety audits and night shift site checks on Site Supervision Personnel so as to ensure welfare conditions, safety regulations and quality of works are complied with at all times
• To supervise the execution of the works and maintain quality control and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Specifications, Drawings, all other Contract Documents, site instruction, relevant BCA.
• To attend all site progress, technical, interface, variation, co-ordination meetings and any other meetings (as directed by Employer, Consultant, QP(s)), to write and to keep proper minutes of these meetings, relating to the Project and other duties as directed by the Consultant and SO Rep and/or QP(s)and/or SRE/RE from time to time.
• To verify all reports and claims submitted by the Main Reclamation Contractor
• To check on quality of materials (i.e., sand, etc.) delivered to the Project Site(s) and report to the Consultant and SO Rep and/or SRE/RE any materials that are not conforming to the Specifications

Qualification:

• The RTO must be accepted by BCA under the Building Control Act, and they shall possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS).
• For the proposed Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) for both Land and Marine Works, the minimum experiences are as follows:
• The RTOs shall have at least (3)* years of site supervisory experience with minimum two (2) years in land reclamation, marine construction or coastal development related projects, and accredited by IES/ACES as a RTO.
• Must be literate in English and have adequate knowledge to use computer, reply emails, use computer software, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
• The candidate must be able to clear any internal security checks conducted by the Employer and/or Singapore Government. The candidate must possess and demonstrate a track record of being team players with ability to contribute.
• For the proposed RTOs, he shall have adequate knowledge of the operation procedures for reclamation and/or marine related projects within Singapore Waters, particularly on dredgers, barges etc.
