Job Description

PM role for site level HR Activities.

• Develop system-based tools to simplify HR business processes – experienced using system level mapping tools and development of system-based solutions.
• Develop solutions to improve employee experience using HR digital technologies eg. using cloud base technology for traditional data migration and storage.
• Develop and execute site communication plan and develop intelligent analytics to feed forward VOB.
• Project manage site related liaison with corporate branding team for external communication posting (FB, LinkedIn etc as needed).
• Develop reporting to gather insights from social media posting data and develop foresight based on data generated.
• Project manage site level OD plan working with individual department heads to develop talent pipeline.
• Develop people analytics tool from pulse survey results with system dashboarding tools such as Spotfire.
• Follow up on SDG 17 activities and getting site level employees involved in Sustainability.
• Project Manage site level Global Giving & Doing (Global Ops, Sustainability)

To be responsible for planning and supervision of poultry caretakers in executing daily operations at the farm.

To comply with Egg handling SOP's from nest to hatchery inclusive of collection, separation, grading, fumigation, records, and documentation.

To ensure accurate feeding and feedback (observation, time frame, etc.) as well as feed inventory control and documentation.

To carry out daily monitoring, minor maintenance tasks and facility monitoring to ensure assets functionality are in good order at all times and follow up with the Maintenance Team in carry out timely and effective R&M works.

To ensure compliance in accuracy and timeliness of records and documentation updates and submissions as well as promptly highlighting non-conformance with appropriate corrective recommendations.

To supervise continuous housekeeping measures (including hygiene, rodent and pest control) for farm houses and all its equipment and machinery including feeding and drinking system.

To work closely with the Flock Health team and Supervisor (Production) and Farm Operation Executives  on execution of flock heath program and bio-security monitoring, measures and programs as well as timely and accurate removal of none productive birds.

To work with Farm Operation Executive (Production) and Senior Supervisor (Maintenance) in planning of supplies to the group to ensure on time delivery, accuracy of distribution, recording of deliveries, correct usage and stock control.

To ensure best practices leading to maximize the flock health status by good veterinary observation, good husbandry observation, clinical analysis and bio-security.

To perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.

1. Work with CM to ensure all commits are given within the same day unless with special reasons
2. Ensure 100% accuracy in the commit given by CM. Zero decommits unless if it is based on external factor (freight delay / natural disaster)
3. Communicate closely with CM to ensure all consigned parts are available prior loading.
4. Ensure accurate inventory and WIP. To identify gaps & area of improvement for better inventory management. To conduct quarterly inventory count and validation at CM.
5. Work with CM and Asia planning team to ensure build plan and commit and accurately scheduled for the week.
6. Participate in weekly CM review meeting to share on CM weekly performance.
7. Prepare CM scorecard on monthly and quarterly basis. Work with CM on any improvement.
8. Prepare and participate in CM QBR and CM Ops QOR

Some of your duties will include:

·        Responsible to manage all aspects of housekeeping and laundry operations within an organization and ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of the facilities, providing a safe and comfortable environment for employees.

·        To maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiently manage laundry services to support the smooth functioning of the organization.

·        Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and schedules to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the facility.

·        Coordinate and perform cleaning duties as needed, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.

·        Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and amenities. Place orders, maintain stock levels, and ensure proper storage and handling of cleaning materials.

·        Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures to meet established standards.

·        Oversee the laundry operations, including collecting, sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens, uniforms, and other laundry items.

·        Ensure efficient processing and timely delivery of clean and well-maintained items.

·        Provide training and guidance to housekeeping and laundry staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.

·        Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to housekeeping and laundry operations.

·        Implement proper handling and disposal procedures for hazardous materials and chemicals.

·        Assist in developing and managing the housekeeping and laundry budget.

·        Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make recommendations to optimize resource allocation

·        Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests related to housekeeping and laundry services promptly and professionally.

·        Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

·        To conduct coordination Fire Protection Corrective Maintenance work with related stakeholder

·        Conduct corrective maintenance on site wide basis.

·        Site wide area includes port site, township, concentrator, mine, and off site.

·        Reviewing and produce design modification for expansion, retrofit or change of function on buildings.

·        Prepare change of management form & engineering request for any changes, to be reviewed by Superintendent & submit to respective stakeholders.

·        Systems that include in corrective maintenance are Fire Alarm System, Water Based Fire Protection System, Aspirating Smoke Detection System, Foam Based Fire Protection System, Gas Fire Suppression System and Fire Pump.

·        Coordinate with planner to ensure all Preventive maintenance requirements are well prepared.

·        Coordinate with Preventive Maintenance team during corrective maintenance work to ensure any plan well delivered.
