Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production activities, considering manpower, equipment, materials, and production and waste water facilities, including outsourcing strategies.
- Manage the production planning and overall operation
- Responsible and coordinates production processes run smoothly and efficiently and adjust operations when necessary
- To run the production according to the production plan as prepared by the superior.
- Schedule and oversee the production of company products, providing timely monthly and weekly plans to related departments
- Verify and commit customer orders promptly, maintaining the ERP and stock management to optimize stock and ordering system.
- Collaborate on logistics, resolving availability issues
- Prepare production records and reports for management review
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed by superiors
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Yong Peng
- Experience in production line and handling workers will be an added advantage
