• Supporting day-to-day activity for handling building maintenance and MAE maintenance.
• Managing factory facility, infrastructure services, and new project development.
• Doing HSE activity, which includes supporting on Safety Meeting & Safety
  Genba, supporting on Electrical Safety (ES-LO), manage security services, handling of hazardous material, hazardous waste (PPLI), and non-hazardous material (CV SLJ), and commercial process (EMS/QMS)
• Keeping and maintaining quality management system, such as Bosch Process Compass, IATF, SO45001, ISO14000, Legal Requirement, and Customer Need.
• Reporting of activities (daily, monthly, planned activities) and summarizing KPI & KPR achievement of each process.

Category Management:

Own the P&L of a certain category (or a portfolio of categories) which includes:

(1) Product Mix: Make targeted but substantial assortment selections and regularly reimagine assortment mix to stay aligned with buyer's needs.

(2) Maximising Margin: Gain a deeper understanding of customer requirements to deliver an appropriate assortment at lower cost while increasing variety and value.

(3) Category Strategy: Understand market landscape in each category, what are the specific sutomer segments targeted, the positioning of different brands and their market share. Gain insights on wher and how to play for each category (e.g., Private Labeling: Maximize margin by identifiying assortments that can be converted to high-margin private-label subsitutes. Enter new categories, expand margins without raising prices, and create competitive advantages and pricing protection by offering unique products that can’t be shopped around)

(4) Supply Management: segment suppliers, using category insights and analytics to develop a clear fact base supply strategy and boost negotiation leverage.

Pricing:

• Adept at understanding key principles of strategic pricing
• Have a deep knowledge about Price Structure
• Understand Pricing Policy & Level

• Participate in the development and implementation of key customer focused strategies and tactics for the brand 
• Drive market opportunities identification and revenue maps
• Own P&L, including forecasting monthly and quarterly business reviews
• Manager key initiatives, projects and analysis to support companu and franchise priorities
• Resposible for advisor engagement in program that drive practice growth
• Monitors daily sales and product performance, proposing proactive and corrective measures such a targeted promotions, staff training, create and execute tools that will aid in the monitoring of operations in the various territories by weekly reports, conference call and qualitative analysis

1. Becoming strategic partner with PMs

• Share customer and market insights, actively look after feedback from customers to be able develop strategy and plan

2. Run GTM strategy independently and ensure the product adoption

• Understand the target market:
• Define the channels based on target market and buyer persona
• Develop key messaging that will be utilized across Sales and Marketing taking into account the product capabilities and roadmap
• Develop the pricing/packaging from various point of view (competitors, own cost, commercial benefits, and product capabilities)
• Tell the story of product/brand through the voice of the customer

3. Measurement & Analytics: Do basic data analysis from the performance measured and come up with actionables

4. Sales Enablement

• Stronger collaboration between PMM and sales team
• Actively pursuing sales outbound strategy
• Gather feedback from Sales and able to develop the Sales collateral
