What a Senior Media Associate does at HP:
We are part of the Media Activation, Optimization & Data Science Team at HP and our responsibilities include planning, buying, and managing Programmatic and Social platforms across Asia. HP is looking for entrepreneurially minded candidates to be part of this team. You will utilize your expertise in data-driven advertising to ensure HP’s advertising objectives are met while maintaining a balance of performance and efficiency.
Oversee setup, optimization and pacing of our key media partners, to make sure HPs advertising is as effective as possible while working closely with the Media Manager to learn key skills
Work closely with our in-house media team and marketing team to align media plans with business goals, learning the ins and outs of media planning.
Help build a new team inside the largest producer of printers and PCs in the world.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
Bachelor's Degree.
Approximately 2-4 years of experience in a media agency or similar environment.
Working knowledge of Demand Side Platforms (DSP) and Social Platforms with a strong desire to get hands on with a lot of detail.
Experience of running paid media campaigns in Japan and Asia.
Strong analytical skills within Excel, and other data tools with the passion to look for insights within the data.
The ability to adapt to a brand-new team and the changing environment that will bring.

What a Communications Manager - Southeast Asia does at HP:
Drive earned, paid, shared, and owned media strategy across SEA; manage agency, budget and planning
Define and execute integrated communications plan aligned to country priorities, narratives, new product introductions and campaigns
Deliver communications strategies supporting our gaming portfolio, strategic growth areas across SEA

Excellent narrative development, writing and editing skills
Exceptional project management and prioritisation skills
Ability to quickly ramp-up and make an immediate impact
Team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Superior communications and presentation skills

Experience managing a budget and day-to-day operations
Fluency in English required

Responsibilities
You will be part of a dynamic media relations team that spearheads strategic and integrated communications efforts to profile NParks and Singapore - our City in Nature. Specifically, you will be developing and implementing plans and initiatives to create awareness of NParks and a greater appreciation of its projects, programmes and causes. You will work closely with the media to explore fresh angles and develop interesting stories. Apart from drafting media releases, talking points and speeches, you will also be expected to anticipate, propose and manage responses to issues concerning the organization through various publicity platforms. Beyond media relations, you will also have opportunities to work on various content deliverables such as videos, webinars and long form articles for both NParks and external platforms. As a key member of the NParks communications team, you will also play an active role in providing communications consul on corporate events in addition to other public communications projects.
Requirements
Areas of study: Mass Communications, Marketing, English, English Literature, Social Sciences or related discipline with at least 1-year relevant integrated communications experience
Possess strong background in media relations, social media, issues, crisis and event management
Meticulous with an eye for detail
A flair and passion for writing
A good team player
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with excellent command of English
