Senior Sales Executive is the key point of contact between Informa Markets in Vietnam and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing exhibition services. Senior Sales Executive promotes services to customers and negotiate contracts with the aim of maximising profits and improve customer experience at Informa Markets Events. 

1. Be responsible for managing domestic sales activities in Vietnam to meet regional and project target
2. Identify clients’ needs, maintain the relationship (mostly with senior positions) & increase the revenue with existing clients, deal with day-to-day clients’ requirement
3. Search and evaluate new prospects, build up exhibitor database, market research and develop relationship with potential clients in order to expand the customer network and company’s market share in local industry
4. Maintain good relationship with related Embassies and Associations, develop brand awareness and industry specific knowledge, including competitor events, keep up to date & analyze competitors’ activities.
5. Closely coordinate with the offices worldwide within network in managing exhibitions, overseas sales team and agents for prospects, customer services
6. Closely coordinate with Operation Department in all operations matters and with Marketing Department in promotional activities, coordinate with Finance team for timely and correct invoicing.
7. Analyze the show’s success and prepare reports, monitor after-sales services, compile and analyze sales figures for regional sales report
8. Directly report and assist Line Manager in various matters of sales

1. Compile and update database for Exhibitor Promotion.
2. Work with Manager to liaise with suppliers to make sure event related orders are done in timely manner. Raise ticket for payment and follow up payment schedule to suppliers.
3. Support sales team to carry on exhibitor promotion activities and materials including organizing side events, roadshows, etc.
4. Feed information on show promotional channels.
5. Work with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure event reports are generated on a timely manner
6. Support line manager on event marketing activities by working closely with marketing team to update exhibitors' details. 
7. Set up Site office at the exhibition and manage the front desk to assist Exhibitors with any issues arisen, provide a professional welcome for them, ensure housekeeping, and assist Operations Department to do verification of orders and other on-site duties.
8. Handle post-show activities which include thank-you letters to Exhibitors and associations, etc.
9. Maintain an effective and accurate filing system including archive files.
10. Provide secretariat support to Manager including setting up the meetings, market research, taking minutes of meetings and so on.

The Sr Principal Engineer – Software is an experienced engineering technical lead on embedded displays. This individual will define the display software’s development principles and become the subject matter expert. This individual will assist with the evaluation and selection of future display hardware. This individual will work with and mentor other embedded software engineers in their team.

Design reliable, functional and cost effective electrical systems. Provide product definition through bills of material and appropriate documentation for new and revised electrical system designs. • Lead efforts for conducting Design of Experiments (DOEs), sensitivity analysis, and robust design practices for assigned projects.
• Able to understand and clearly articulate the capabilities of the M&S team and recommend best value simulation approaches depending on customer need.
• Stay current in industry trends and state of the art developments in analysis methods applicable to Oshkosh products and applications.
• Familiar with utilizing High Performance Computing (HPC) centers to optimize and run advanced simulations efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Accredited bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with eight (8) or more years of related experience.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Accredited Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or engineering Mechanics.                                    
• Familiarity with CAE tools and programming language.
• Adept with CATIA, SMARTEAM, ALTAIR Software
• Non-Linear FEA Experience

1, Communication with customer and whole supply chain to ensure 100% on time delivery to customer ;

2, Solve delivery issue with whole supply chain team, and issue action plan requirement to relative department if necessary for smooth the delivery process

3, Work out shipping plan base customer requirement and order status, and tracking shipping process ,

4, Export shipping documents preparing and providing SRF to forwarder, then follow up the cargo pickup from dock on time.

5, Finished Goods inventory and freight cost controlling for balance the inventory at the best level

6, Forecast analysis, EDI data collection and convert into SAP system

7, System EDI ASN transaction in customer system after FG delivery

8, Billing quantity match up with SAP delivery records to make sure GBS invoice to customer.

9,Responsible for customer audit document preparation

10, To work on continuous improvement tasks

11, Other job required by supervisor.
