Job Summary
He/She will be responsible for the full spectrum of the HR portfolio, review and monitoring of all policies, processes, systems, and other HR activities, and contributing to the growth of our dynamic organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment & selection, performance management compensation & benefits and employee relations.
- Handle work pass administration (apply / issue / renew).
- Manage the full employee life cycle process not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management and off-boarding.
- Maintain company insurance and claims (WICA, medical insurance).
- Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters
- Develop and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Keep track and monitor monthly reporting of staff movement.
- Provide general HR administration duties including letter preparation.
- Ensure efficient filing system of documents.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements :
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in related field.
· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in HR Operations is required for this position.
· Deep understanding of HR best practices and relevant MOM.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
· Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
