Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles.
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Cash Flow management and taxation.
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
• You will liaise closely with the external auditors during the interim and final audit
• You will be task to assist in month end payroll processing in transition while the Company setup an indepandant HR department.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in accounting or in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
• Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in software SQL, Xero or Autocount is added advantage.
• Experience in handling F&B

1. Responsible for calculating and reporting the company's monthly and annual tax returns.
2. Ensure that the company has issued a tax invoice and credited VAT Input  accurate tax amounts on every invoice.
3. Supporting & giving advisory to other departments related to taxation.
4. Update on the local tax regulation & international tax that are related.
5. Prepare annual tax report & tax queries in collaboration with the Tax Manager.
6. Prepare data for Tax Audit & any other litigations.
7. Maintain a good relationship with external parties to get the tax documents needed by the company.
