· To monitor and carry out all procurement activities and price/delivery negotiations of direct & indirect materials and services for the factory activity.
· To ensure procurement process execution is complying with New Toyo's policy and procedures.
· To support company vision inclusive of specific Key Performance Indicators on quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
· To prepare and ensure on-time submission of custom-related documents to customs or local authorities.
· To carry out vendor evaluation, relation, audit, and assess vendor performance activities for both new (prior to registration of approved vendor) and existing vendors (to be assessed annually) to fulfill ISO 9001 requirements.
· To monitor and handle quality issues of marketing items, and failed delivery together with a business owner and sales operation, i.e. to feedback company's complaint to the supplier within 3 working days.

About the job
This role (job) is mainly warehouse base and therefore not in a conventional office environment. This is a full-time permanent position and the role is to provide support the operation activities of the 3PL warehouse.
The work place is will be at the warehouse,working under the sypervision of Sypervisor. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargoes into and out the internal system and ensuring orders are processed according to customers specifications. In this role, you will ensure that shipments are assigned timely and accurately. The role will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment,arrange import deliveries and raise billing/invoice for payments.
The general duties will involve the following role:
*Perform cargo loading and unloading.
*To perform physical counts,tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.
*To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.
*To perform cargo issuance.
*Picking,packing and despatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.
Job Requirements
Candidates who wish to be considered for this role should possess the following attributes:
*Malaysian Male or Female age 25-35.
*Qualification: Minimum SPM or Diploma.
*2-3 years of work experience in 3PL warehouse facilities.
*Knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices is necessary.
*Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numerary skills.
*Have accurate typing/data entry skills.

Chrisjac Recruitment team is assisting a freight forwarding and logistics provider (3PL) in recruiting several Warehouse Tally Clerk in Port Klang area.
The vacancies are permanent positions and form part of the warehouse operation team to manage the cargo/shipments that have have been imported or to be exported.
Duties & Roles
As Warehouse Tally Clerk, you will be responsible to carry out the following duties:
-Perform and verification check activities of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading,invoices,orders and other records.
-Carry out verification checks on customer order,shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
-Unpack and examine incoming shipments,reject damaged items, record shortages and correspond with shippers to rectify damages and shortages.
-Record shipment information/data,such as weight,measurements, charges
-Pack shipping containers,creating shipping labels and shipping documents.
-Loading and unloading of goods/cargo.
-Generate and maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation.

-Minimum qualification: SPM.

*2-3 years of work experience in administration of 3PL warehouse facilities.
*Knowledge of both warehouse and logistics practices is necessary.
*Be able to demonstrate excellent literacy/numeral skills.
*Have accurate and fast typing/data entry skills.
*Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel)
*Good communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
*Have access to a reliable means of transport to North Port area.
*Must be willing to be based at Warehouse office (bonded) area.

Job Responsibilities:
This role is to provide support the operation activities of the 3PL warehouse.
The work place is will be at the warehouse,working under the sypervision of Sypervisor. The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt of goods/cargoes into and out the internal system and ensuring orders are processed according to customers specifications. In this role, you will ensure that shipments are assigned timely and accurately. The role will involve arranging export shipments from collection through to shipment,arrange import deliveries and raise billing/invoice for payments.
The general duties will involve the following role:
-Perform cargo loading and unloading.
-To perform physical counts,tally and surface inspection of cargo upon receiving/delivery.
-To store cargoes in proper location assigned within the warehouse.
-To perform cargo issuance.
-Picking,packing and despatch of cargo according to ownership and destinations.
The person
-Malaysian,male or female.
-Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma.
-2-3 years experience in warehouse operation role, preferbly in 3PL facilities.
-Able to demonstrate good literacy/numerical skills.
-Must understand basic English and BM.
-Computer literate.
-Must be willing to be stationed within the warehouse premises.
