Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving growth through data-driven strategies. As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will have the opportunity to lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and implement innovative tactics to achieve our business objectives.
- Develop and Execute Performance Marketing Strategies: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels such as SEM, paid social, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and more.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of performance marketing specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and maximize team performance.
- Budget Management: Manage performance marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and campaign results to stakeholders.
- Conversion Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, UX/UI, and content to optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion funnels to improve campaign performance and drive higher conversion rates.
- Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other marketing teams, including content marketing, email marketing, and creative, to ensure alignment and integration of performance marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
