Role Summary:
This Agency Contract Recruiter role sits within our IT recruitment team reporting to the Singapore Managing Director. You will be working with current clients and at times finding new business. A lot of your time will be spent on taking job briefings, sourcing IT candidates and sending suitable resumes to clients. In doing so you work closely with client hiring managers and HR talent acquisition professionals.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end to end client and candidate recruitment process.
- Recruiting for agency contract roles and SOW related IT positions
- Once you have settled in leading client and candidate meetings.
- Sourcing candidates via iKas database, job-boards, LinkedIn
- Using your strong relationship building skills to develop client and candidate networks
- Regularly generating leads, turning them into new business opportunities.
- As a technology recruitment specialist constantly updating yourself on the latest IT trends
- Constantly achieving revenue and placement targets.
Experience Required:
- At least 7+ years agency recruitment experience (training will be given where there are gaps in knowledge/experience)
- Agency contract and SOW ( Statement of Work) recruitment practices experience
- Ideally some knowledge of technology (training will be given on all areas of technology)
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of the end to end client and candidate recruitment process.
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Ideally University Degree educated
