Architect (Project Basis) - Contract

Responsibilities:           

• Planning, design, prepare drawing and overseeing the projects according to requirements by company and clients.
• Undertaking a range of architectural duties including preparation of survey report, perspective, drawings, minute writings, specifications and site visit as per requirements by company and clients.
• Ready to adhere to all policies, activities and procedures as demand by company.
• Having experience in hospital development from conceptual stage to execution. 

Requirement: 

• Candidate must possess at least LAM Part 1 recognition.
• At least 2-3 years experiences.
• Good English command both verbally and written.
• In-depth knowledge of AUTOCAD, Sketch up and MS Office.
• Designing and site supervising for projects.
• Good communication skills both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Exceptional technical writing and presentation capabilities.
• Experience in hospital development from conceptual stage to execution is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct potential customer development, invite them to trial classes through outbound calls.
• Identify customers' purchasing needs, screen highly interested customers, and connect them with sales consultants.
• Follow up with potential customers to assist sales consultants in successfully completing transactions.

Requirements:

-Oversee Brandstores construction projects from conception, location sourcing to completion

-Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

-Coordinate and direct subcontractors to ensure completion on time

-Meet contractual conditions of performance

-Review the work progress on daily basis

-Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status

-Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

-Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

-Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

Requirements:

-BA/MA degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred
