Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and manage needs of customers through phone and emails.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma or Degree qualifications or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years related working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.

Competency Requirements

• Customer Service skills: attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, professional telephone manners and communication skills, business writing skills.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft Office software.
  SAP (added advantage).

Position Overview :

Now they have an opportunity for a freight forwarding all rounder to handle a combination of Import and Export operations within their business main office in Kelana Jaya.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaising with Customers, suppliers,overseas agents/offices.
• Co-ordinating export documentation requirements including receipt and verification of export documentation,issuing booking confirmation.
• Export shipment registration requirements and issue pre alerts to overseas office/agents.
