RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process quotations, invoices, and other sales documents efficiently.
• Negotiate prices and terms with clients.

• Manage debtors’ collections on a monthly basis.
• Prepare budgets and purchasing plans for management.

• Develop and update business SOPs based on ISO standards.
• Run marketing campaigns for training, promotions, and events.
• Schedule and organize training logistics, including venue and materials.
• Coordinate HRD Claimable Course submissions with HRD Corp.
• Manage training submissions and approvals with government agencies.
• Coordinate logistics for training, meetings, and teleconferences.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions.
• Communicate with participants before, during, and after courses.
• Provide technical support during virtual training sessions.
• Maintain documentation for training and certification programs.
• Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session.
• Ensure timely evaluation processes and prepare training reports.
• Collaborate with external trainers to maintain TMS quality.
• Support training development by preparing materials.
• Introduce SPS products and services to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with team members on sales and marketing campaigns.
• Support activities or events based on client agreements.
• Establish affiliations with reliable institutes or training providers.
• Seek collaborations with government and international organizations.
• Attend SPS events, trade shows, or conferences as needed.
