Au sein des Achats Avionics, vous rejoignez l'équipe Process & Tools pour être en support de deux missions à fort enjeu :

1. Assurer & booster la performance des Achats Avionics

2. Supporter & accélérer la transformation de nos Process & Outils

L'équipe Process & Tools Achats Avionics est une équipe très opérationnelle constituée de 3 personnes sur les sites de Bordeaux et Toulouse. Alternance basée à Vélizy, contexte international (échanges avec la France, Singapour, US, UK), organisation multi- dimensionnelle (4 pays - 5 business lines).

En nous rejoignant, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

La liste des missions suivante n'est pas exhaustive & pourra évoluer selon les appétences / compétences du candidat, ainsi que les priorités du moment :

Process & Outils

1. Assurer le support mais aussi l'amélioration de nos process & outils

2. Supporter la transformation digitale

3. Créer une communauté Process & Outils efficace : partage de bonnes pratiques, communication top down, formations, ... 

4. Etre un appui fort pour notre équipe actuelle sur des sujets à forts enjeux pour la fonction Achats

Procurement performance

5. Identifier les sujets Achats pouvant être gérés au niveau de la Global Business Unit Avionics (et non dans les Business Lines de la BL)

6. Cartographier les synergies entre les Business Lines de la GBU Avionics (non encore exploitées) & proposer une road map

Cette alternance sera l’opportunité pour vous de travailler en équipe au sein d’une entreprise innovante, de valoriser les acquis académiques en environnement industriel et développer de nouvelles compétences.
