Job Requirements:

• We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our legal team as Legal Secretaries.
• Candidates with a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor Degree or its equivalent Diploma are encouraged to apply.
• Experience is preferred, but we welcome applicants without experience. 

1. Legal Secretary in Litigation Department (Masai, and Petaling Jaya): 
As a Legal Secretary in the Litigation Department, you will assist lawyers in handling banking and civil litigation work. Responsibilities include preparing court documents, maintaining and updating files, managing filing systems, and attending to other legal/administrative tasks assigned by Management or supervisors. 

2. Legal Secretary in General Corporate Department (Masai): 
In the General Corporate Department, Legal Secretaries will assist lawyers in preparing various general corporate agreements, such as Sale & Purchase agreements (involving land, shop offices, medical blocks, housing development, shares, machineries), Joint venture agreements, and Shareholders agreements. Responsibilities also include maintaining and updating files, managing filing systems, and attending to other legal/administrative tasks assigned by Management or supervisors.

Job Responsibilities 

• Investigate and analyze various risk behaviors such as fraud, phishing, account theft, etc., and make correct handling to reduce user losses and improve user satisfaction.
• Continuously monitor user behavior, write investigation reports on identified risk control cases and analyze risk data.
• Continuously identify risk cases, maintain case database and summarize behavioral characteristics through risk management and real-time monitoring.
• Timely discover data anomalies and synchronize relevant departments to avoid losses.
• Experience in anti-fraud/AML related positions is preferred, experience in data analysis is a plus. 
  
  Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• More than 1-year experience in risk investigation and analysis.
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese
• Experience in anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, transaction monitoring, case handling functions in payment institutions, exchanges, banks, and related industries is preferred.
• Strong language communication skills and good written expression skills
• Good at teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration
• Have strong logical thinking ability and data analysis ability, disassemble and analyze data.
• Night shifts are required.

Your assignment

• Follow and adhere to cash handling procedures to ensure the security of money handling.
• Contribute to the check-out action plan and taking ownership for my part in its delivery.
• Manage the fulfilment of customers’ online orders and ensure all orders are complete, accurate, neatly packed, and delivered to the correct address within IKEA’s SLA.
• Tally articles and orders from Merchandise Pick-Up (“MPU”) section.
• Create Add-On sales order for customers who wanted to purchase delivery/ assembly/ others services after checking out.
• Print and stick sticker labels onto all articles to be delivered correctly.
• Shrink wrap articles into individual group and sort it by Transport Service Provider (“TSP”).
• Ensure timely daily handover to respective TSP and Home Delivery “HD” clears orders to be delivered, to prepare space for new delivery.
• Support the fulfilment of customers’ offline orders and other tasks as and when required.
• Contributing to the exchanges and returns action plan and taking ownership for my part in its delivery.
• To assist the supervisor in handling customer complaints positively and quickly. Listen to customer’s given feedback and pass it on to manager.
• Working with the manager to identify solutions to resolve the root cause of customer’s returns.
• Using assigned levels of authorisation to solve payment problems when it occur and recognise when there is a need to escalate an issue to someone with higher authorisation.
