Responsibilities
- Develop and lead digital media engagement strategies which includes guidelines, objective & procedures by identifying the right target audience and social impacts.
Identifying monitoring tools, integrating the interactive media into the business strategy and maintain good rapport with social media organizations, influencers and analysts.
- Collaborate with other entities (media/customer relations), to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
- Lead innovation and transformation in how content is delivered to our target customers and to demonstrate true digital creative marketing leadership and bring the vision of us and our clientele to life.
- Oversee digital projects and ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g. website, blogs and social media)
- Train internal teams to use digital technologies
- Create and manage online advertising campaigns.
- Research and identify new social networks to reach our target customers.
- Use audience insight and analytics to continuously improve the user experience
- Manage and synergize the various areas within the digital and put systems and processes in place for the team to follow (SOPs)
- Manage all social media channels, campaigns (including e-mails) to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
Includes but not limited to planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for company and clients.
- Monitor, research and analyse social media trends, ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
- Business development – organically within the clientele and new clients as per the KPIs set by the Managing Director
Requirements
- Possess at least a certification in Communications/ Marketing/ Media Studies or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of related working experience in digital media platforms and / digital agencies
- Experience in copywriting, content creation, client servicing, digital analytics, digital ad buys and brand marketing.
- Required skills : managed various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with team members to reliably carry out projects.
- Ability to work well independently and as a team, as well as able to meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good attitude and ability to work well under stress is a MUST.
- Willing to work on extended hours when necessary.
