Requirement - Qualifications and Skills & Working Experience:

• Preferably can speak, write and read in Mandarin - need to communicate with Chinese partners and handling Mandarin Documents
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
• Working experience in the education industry (Preferred)*

Tanggung Jawab dan Tugas Jabatan

1. Menyusun target jangka pendek departemen dengan memperhitungkan faktor internal dan eksternal serta inisiatif divisi untuk memastikan target yang ditetapkan selaras dengan yang ditetapkan perusahaan
2. Membuat prioritas perencanaan tahunan yang meliputi inisiatif program kerja dan anggaran keuangan untuk mencapai target yang telah disusun

8. Monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan project dari segi Mutu, Waktu, Biaya, K3 dan 5R untuk mencapai target Quality, Time, Cost, dan Zero Acciden
9. Melakukan penilaian terhadap kinerja kontraktor/vendor agar sesuai dengan Quality, Time, dan Cost yang telah ditetapkan

Position Purpose:

The Assistant Brand Manager will be accountable to develop, plan and execute marketing, public relations, sales and promotional strategies within the brand’s guidelines to support and achieve the sales plan. A Chief Concierge or Assistant Chief Concierge will be responsible for overseeing the concierge department. They are responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are provided to guests, and that their needs and requests are met in a timely and efficient manner.

 

What you will be doing:

• Personally welcomes VIP guests in a polite and attentive manner.
• Is regularly available in the hotel lobby, reception and hotel area if needed.
• Develops high quality relationships with guests, from the moment they arrive and throughout their stay, in order to encourage loyalty.
• Anticipates guests' needs and takes them into consideration.
• Ensures that the team adopts the required service behaviors.
• Handles any guest complaints that are not settled directly by members of the team

• Memastikan seluruh staf memberikan kinerja terbaik dengan memperoleh training, pemantauan kinerja dan pengelolaan konflik.
• Memastikan operasional cabang di Regionalnya dapat berjalan melalui pemenuhan dan pengelolaan SDM
• Memastikan ekspansi yang ditetapkan Amartha dapat berjalan dengan baik
• Memastikan kualitas portfolio sesuai dengan tujuan Amartha dan nilai audit cabang sesuai dengan ekspekstasi management.

• Pendidikan terakhir minimum Diploma
• Memiliki pengalaman bertanggung jawab dalam memimpin minimal 2 Cabang
• Berpengalaman memimpin lebih dari 5-10 anggota tim
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di Micro Finance sebagai Koordinator/Supervisor/Kepala Cabang/Area Manager
• Dapat menyusun strategi sales & marketing sebagai paduan tim untuk mencapai target
• Mempunyai motor dan SIM C
• Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh regional Malang

 

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with internal software development teams and customers.

About the role

As our next Product Manager, you will get a chance to help customer problems, define product visions, and build products to scale. You will work alongside the other Product Managers, Engineering, Data, and UX designers to help Amartha to deliver innovative and delightful user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
• Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
• Capture insights from newly released features, experiments, research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify trends and pinpoint the drivers behind them; Translate these insights into tactical solutions to improve the product

• At least 2 years of product management experience.
• An entrepreneurial mindset; Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
