Duties

• Performing admin duties (e.g., Filing, Invoicing, Raising PO).
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team on invoicing, daily payment collection, IU commissioning etc.
• Process LTA vehicle registration/vehicle ownership transfer, forklift inspection approval.
• Handling pre-delivery inspection admin duties.
• Handling shipping administrative duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
• Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri), 9am to 1pm (Alternate Sat).
• Work location: Leng Kee Road

Job Requirements

• Minimum O-level or equivalent
• At least 2 or more years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently and with a good working attitude.
• Able to start work immediately or with short notice period.
