Requirements :
· Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
· At least 10+ years of working experience in building construction.
· Strong leadership and ability to lead site project team.
· Self-motivated personal and able to work independently.
· Able to work under pressure, long hours and delivered within committed deadlines.
· Computer literate.
· Willing to relocate.

We are searching for a reliable quantity surveyor to join our capable team of professionals. The quantity surveyor will be tasked with analyzing existing budgets and making improvements, reviewing plans and preparing quantity estimates, negotiating with various contractors and vendors, as well as building relationships with clients and site managers.
To be successful as a quantity surveyor, you should have a methodical approach and superb interpersonal skills. Outstanding quantity surveyors are not only great at analyzing costs, but they also know how to read people and tailor their negotiation strategies to ensure the best possible outcome.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
- Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
- To ensure contract performance is optimised and necessary improvement actions are identified and completed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
- Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- Applicants must be willing to pay visit to Project Site frequently.

Job Description:
- Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public.
- Notification to client and consultants for inspection, details, confirmation and site constraints
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings.
- Represent the company in regular and special meeting with the management, clients and sub-contractors.
- Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up
assessing and minimising riskwriting reports and keeping on top of paperwork.
- Helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences.
Requirements:
. Candidate possess at least Diploma, Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
. Min.8-10 year(s) of related working experience in this field is required
. Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
. Required skill(s): MS Office, AutoCad, MS Project.

We are a CIDB G7 construction company majoring in structural steelwork design, fabrication and erection and complying with the ISO 9001:2008 standard. We are inviting suitable qualified, experienced and self-motivated individual to join us. We are now operating from the office cum factory complex located on a 6.7-acre site with a built up area of 10000 sq.metre. More than 120 employees through direct and indirect employment support our operations. Our well-equipped facilities permit an output of 800 to 1000 tons of fabricated steel per month depending on the nature of fabrication.

Salary range : RM 6,800 – RM8,500
Experience & Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Quantity Surveyor / Civil Engineering / Contract Management or equivalent
At least minimum 5 years working experience with developer companies
Strong knowledge of pre and post contract works especially variety form of contracts, cost control budget and contractual issues
Possess excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge in Microsoft office, excel and words
Working language Mandarin, English and Malay with suppliers and HQ colleagues
Job Description:
Responsible for end to end spectrum of Contract Management.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the company.
Responsible for drafting and review contractual documents and dealing with contractual disputes and/or issues.
Pre-qualification of tenders, evaluate and recommend to Management.
Liaison with consultants for the whole process of tendering exercise involving of strategizing the tender packages, evaluating the suitable of a particular Form of Contract and specific conditions of tendering.
Review tender and contract documents prepared by the consultants.
In charge of tendering exercise especially tender, including calling of tender, review tender reports, attend tender interviews, negotiate, finalize, and prepare recommendation report to Management for award of contracts.
Liaison with the consultant QS to provide monthly project financial statement for reporting purpose.
Prepare analysis and comparison on alternative proposal.
To monitor timely process by the consultants for variation works submitted by the contractors.
Review the Statement of Final Accounts prepared by the consultants.
