採購訂單 ：
1. 在發出採購訂單之前分析MRP變動報告
2.如發現缺貨或延遲交貨，準備人工搬運
3. 在TPICs系統中輸入資料並建立採購訂單簽發訂單
4. 列印訂單餘額清單並在 P/O 子系統建立訂單
