What you will do:

Execution and processing:

1. Execute tasks assigned accurately within turnaround time, including but not limited to the followings:

• Handle trade finance products (invoice financing, micro financing, reverse factoring financing, etc.)

• Conduct AML and credit checks for all transactions.

Commerce Operations Executive

(Maternity Coverage: August 2024 to Feb 2025)

Responsibilities

§ Ensure smooth daily operations, maintain store performance rating high and ensure data accuracy, monitoring and timely reporting.

§   Create & Monitor daily order fulfilment

§   Upload/Maintain new product listing

§   Assist in GWP enrollment

§   Help monitor if promotions are up and running

§   Examine promotions after creation to ensure that it was set up correctly

§   Responsible for stock replenishment on all channels

§   Monitor order status on all Marketplaces once shipped out

§   Responsible for claims filing and monitor claims status

§   Participate in onboarding process, Sellercenter account creation and customer mapping

§   Sending of accurate and timely data for sales reporting, order processing, promotion accruals, returns and refunds etc.

§   Liaising with warehouse and platforms on order pickup and other order concerns

§   Liaising with finance on any payment discrepancies

§   Help resolve any customer complaints

§   Weekly returns monitoring and process cancelled orders

§   Submit billings to finance

§   Maintain high store performance ratings

§   Continuously improve processes and practices

§   1 to 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce operations, across marketplaces

§   Critical-thinking and interpersonal skills

§   Strong communication and problem solving skills

§   Highly proficient in MS Excel

• Required to work early morning shift hours.
• Ensure daily cash and position reconciliations are delivered to the client while adhering to the agreed upon service level agreement.
• Daily confirmation/Settlement activities of trade and collateral instructions.
• Resolve trade related disputes and breaks with Prime Brokers, Custodians, Executing brokers, and Investment Managers.
• Prepare/Review daily client reporting requirements.
• Support trading operations between the front and back office, from post-execution through to settlement.
• Liaising with banks, brokers and custodians to ensure smooth service delivery to clients and completion of deliverables.
• Liaising with clients, banks, brokers and custodians to ensure accurate elections on corporate actions, when required.
• Respond to all client queries through communication directly with client operational staff on a daily basis.
• Input wires at custodian with high accuracy.
• Maintain and update process documentation.
• Provide a complete range of reporting to front office staff along with liaising with fund accounting teams.
