Key Accountabilities
Define standard operating procedures and implement and manage end to end processes
Monitor and report on progress against operational plans and make adjustments were quired
Formulate a plan which includes milestones and priorities to deliver on operational objectives
Plan, manage and monitor initiatives to ensure customer service excellence
Coordinate and prioritize the work outputs of own work, peers and team

Manage operational risk and risk mitigation initiatives
Manage, monitor and report on budget variances in order to maximize financial performance
