Quality Controller with experience in the MEAT PROCESSING OR ABATTOIR Industry - NON-NEGOTIABLE

  • East Rand area, Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

QUALITY CONTROLLER within the Meat Processing or Abattoir Industry

Job Requirements/Duties:

  • Responsible for Monitoring & Inspecting Goods
  • Implementing Quality Control Procedures and identifying

areas for Improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in MEAT PROCESSING or

ABATTOIR environment - MANDATORY

  • Experience in Quality Control OR Food Safety Systems
  • Familiar with HACCP & ISSO Standards
  • Diploma/Degree in:
  • Meat Technology
  • Food Science OR
  • Microbiology
  • Quality Management
