About The Role
As a Junior Interface Developer, you will help us stabilize the ways people interact with company data. This role is not about creating flashy consumer sites: it is about building functional, reliable tools that allow operators to do their jobs without fighting against the software. You will spend your time creating forms, dashboards, and internal views that connect directly to databases and ERP systems. Your work ensures that when an employee enters information, it is validated correctly and flows exactly where it needs to go. You will be an essential part of the cycle that removes manual friction and replaces brittle spreadsheets with permanent digital solutions.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain clean, logic-heavy interface components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Connect frontend input fields to backend data routes to ensure seamless information flow.
• Replace complex, error-prone spreadsheets with structured digital forms and internal dashboards.
• Work with the operations team to map out how data moves between departments and build tools to support those paths.
• Standardize CSS and component libraries to keep our internal tools consistent and easy to maintain.
• Write clear, technical documentation for every interface you build so that the rest of the team can support it.
• Debug display issues and data validation errors in existing internal tools.

A Typical Week
A typical week starts by reviewing an operational bottleneck, such as a manual approval chain that relies on someone remembering to send an email. You will spend time mapping out the data points needed for that approval and building a simple interface to digitize the process. By midweek, you might be adjusting a reporting dashboard to ensure it pulls the correct figures from a client CRM. You will spend part of your time in code reviews, making sure your work meets our standards for stability. By Friday, you are usually finishing up the documentation for a new tool and ensuring it is ready for the operations team to use.
