Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer Intern to join our engineering team. You will work on building and maintaining a modern web application using a high-performance stack. This is a hands-on role where you will contribute directly to the codebase, working with both backend and frontend technologies while learning industry-standard practices for production-grade software.
Tech Stacks:
You will gain deep experience with:
- Backend: Python 3.10+ (FastAPI), SQLAlchemy (Async), PostgreSQL.
- Frontend: Next.js 14+ (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui.
- Infrastructure: Docker, Git, Automated Migrations (Alembic).
Key Responsibilities:
- Frontend Development: Assist in modernizing UI components, implementing design system updates, and refactoring forms using strict typing (Zod, React Hook Form).
- Backend Integration: Help build and maintain secure API endpoints, ensuring robust data validation and integrity.
- Testing & Quality: strict type safety, and help improve codebase reliability by writing unit and integration tests.
- Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and work closely with senior engineers to deliver high-quality features.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTTP, REST APIs, Databases).
- Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and a frontend framework (React/Next.js preferred).
- Familiarity with Python or a strong willingness to learn modern async Python.
- Eagerness to learn and write clean, maintainable code.
- Knowledge of Git version control.
Nice to have (bonus)
- Experience with SQL or ORMs.
- Familiarity with component libraries (like shadcn/ui) or Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of Docker or containerization concepts.
