About the role:
You will design, build, ship, and operate cross-platform mobile applications for our SaaS and point-of-sale product suite. You will work in both React Native and Flutter codebases, collaborate with US-based stakeholders in English, and leverage modern AI-assisted development tools as a core part of your daily workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications in both React Native and Flutter for iOS and Android.
- Take features from design through development, release, and post-launch operation — you own what you ship.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve live products in production.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to accelerate development, prototyping, and code review.
- Write clean, testable, well-documented code; lead code reviews and set engineering standards.
- Make architecture and technical decisions for mobile projects; mentor junior developers on the team.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and backend teams in a bilingual (English/Vietnamese) working environment.
- Read and produce technical documentation in English.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of professional mobile development experience, with a track record of shipping and maintaining production apps.
- Proficiency in both React Native and Flutter — this role requires hands-on coding ability in both frameworks, not just one.
- Proven experience building and operating products in production (not only development — you have supported live apps, handled releases, and fixed real-world issues).
- Professional working proficiency in written English — able to read documentation, write technical documents, and communicate asynchronously with US teams.
- Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, API integration, and app store release processes.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools for coding ("vibe coding") — AI-assisted development is a required skill, not optional.
