We are looking to grow our Finance and Admin team with detail-oriented individuals.
Key deliverables include:
· Responsible for proper running of financial and accounting function, processes, tools and control systems
· Ensure timeliness and accuracy of entity and consolidated financial reporting
· Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds
· Construct and prepare financial budget/forecasts
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulators, account standards and tax rulings
· Support in preparation of Board, Shareholders and Investors meeting materials
· Liaise and follow through with the external auditors, corporate secretarial and legal representatives on necessary statutory requirements & compliance
· Manage HR operations and Admin matters
· Manage government grant applications and claims
· Work with technology team on finance related productivity initiatives
· Other related duties that may be assigned from time-to-time
A perfect match profile would include:
· Possesses at least 5 years of relevant experience with a Degree or Professional Accountancy qualification
· Knowledge of Excel, Power Point and Word
· Good interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills
· Meticulous, self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
