• Business Partnering: Collaborate with senior managers across Castlery to understand their needs, address challenges, fulfil talent gaps, and develop solutions that drive operational excellence.

What you’ll need:

1. Superior analytical capabilities, able to deep dive into topics/problems and understand root causes, with solid data validation.
2. Highly curious and enjoys understanding the end-to-end of a topic, including the operational details.
3. Proven experience and capability in managing multiple projects across a wide variety of functional business problems, allocating resources, and collaborating across teams within tight deadlines.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear communicator across written and verbal communication; able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across functions at all levels of experience.
5. Comfortable with ambiguity and identifying what may be needed to define clarity.

Responsibilities

-Handle quotations, orders, invoicing, inventory management, and scheduling.
