As part of IME’s Photonics & Sensors Department, the candidate will take lead of the design and integration of III/V-on-Si technologies, including such as III/V laser diode (LD) and photodetector (PD) through heterogenous integration on silicon platform. The labs of Associate Professor Ji Sun, Assistant Professor Yong Zi Tan and Assistant Professor Chunyi Hu are looking for a cryogenic electron microscopy (cryo-EM) specialist. This person will support the daily cryo-EM operations of the three labs, and work with biological researchers from these labs for cryo-EM.
