Direct and participate in daily landscape maintenance works

Delegate tasks and oversee team of workers who are engaged in maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion of work schedules

Ensure safe use of assigned landscape vehicle and equipment

Handle customer enquiries

Provide on-site instruction to workers for landscape maintenance needs

Train and supervise workers on tasks such as transplanting or pruning trees or shrubs, using equipment, or caring for turf

Perform tasks such as cutting grass, planting flowers, pulling weeds, trimming edges, picking up trash, and watering plants

• ⁠Perform 2-3 sets, of 45-60 minutes each, every night from Monday to Saturday (exact timings of each set to be confirmed)
• Perform as part of the accompanying band for guest artistes or any special occasions including private events, Public Holiday eve, concerts and other engagements whenever needed.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conceptual design, space planning, and project management, with the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design & Material Specification: Develop design concepts and detailed material specifications based on client requirements.
• Feasibility Studies & Layout Planning: Conduct feasibility studies and create logical design approaches with minimal drafting work required.
• 3D Modeling: Produce accurate 3D models using SketchUp software; rendering skills are not required.
• Technical Review: Examine and provide feedback on construction drawings with a strong technical understanding.
• Project Management: Independently manage site implementation from start to finish.

• Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in SketchUp for modeling and detailing; basic knowledge of 2D software such as AutoCAD LT and Photoshop.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of M&E, detailed construction drawings, color schemes, materials, furniture, carpentry systems, specifications, and detailing.
