JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Assist in verifying the quantities during loading and unloading, and ensure accurate recording of materials in the inventory list.

2. Managed and maintain the warehouse management system, including the classification of incoming stock, stacking and storage.

3. Prepare materials for packing according to the packing list and arrange logistic dispatch.

4. Conduct stock-takes according to the scheduled calendar.

5. To submit monthly stock report to head of financial/account department.

6. Co-ordinate with transporters and manage shipping and delivery processes.

7. Perform any other related tasks not mentioned here as and when required .

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Willing to work in Bangi, Selangor

2. Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.

3. Competent in operating a forklift

4. Experienced of 2-3 years in the logistic and warehouse industry

5. Good hands-on experience in the inventory management and improvement process

6. Computer literate (MS excel, Word) and knowledge of ERP system/SQL system.
