要求：
• 擁有烹飪學/食品技術/食品科學和其他相關領域的學位或文憑
• 向助理研發經理報告工作內容及相關報告詳情
• 對烹飪趨勢有深入的理解，對烹飪藝術有充分的了解
• 至少1-2 年調味料、醬料和醬料研發、加工和製造相關領域的工作經驗，在廚房/研發實驗室管理、配方配方、食品展示、食品安全、食品處理和食品衛生方面具有豐富的知識和能力

1 Attend to customer complaint and feedback to complaint.
2 Follow up on corrective and preventive action taken.

4 Conduct monthly quality meeting and inter department meeting.
5 Approve testing lot.
6 Liaise with customer
7 Evaluate & acknowledge certification (calibration).
8 Monitoring 6S/kaizen activity.
9 Approval for job output and target.
10 Filing/documentation/purchasing.
11 Monitoring QA/QC activity and support subordinate work load when required.
12 Conduct training (to relevant staff) when required.
