Job Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement and maintain a QMS & EMS in the Organization.
• Ensure that the QMS & EMS conforms to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Job Requirement:

• Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in quality assurance, safety, health, and environmental management, often in a similar industry or sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for training, reporting, and collaborating with teams

JOB SCOPE.

• Adhere to the Nursing Department and Mawar Medical Centre procedure, policies and standard in executing daily duty task and new changes.
• Monitor and identifying changes in patient condition (eg.: response to treatment, factor contributing to clinical complaints. Etc.) and intervening in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

•  Responsible for day safety activities in construction site by work closely with contractor team and ensure that they are fully comply with our safety policy and standard.
•  To do a safety induction to contractor employees.
• Daily safety payroll with contractor or project team.
• Perform a work permit check with a proper risk assessment.
