It is founded in 1966 at a shophouse at Durian Sebatang. The company then shifted its operations to a small factory at Kampung Banjar in 1976. In 1987, Shoon Fatt made their mark on the international stage by exporting biscuits for the first time. Starting with Singapore, the export market expanded to include Bahrain, Brunei, Cambodia, Canada, China, East Timor, Ghana, Guyana, Hong Kong, India, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, India, Libya, Maldives, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Nigeria, Seychelles, South Africa, USA, Vanuatu, Vietnam and the Middle East Countries.
From 2000 onwards, Shoon Fatt underwent a rapid transformation that modern biscuit-making machines were introduced to produce 30 tonnes of biscuits daily to meet local and international demands. The continuous commitment to producing safe and quality biscuits resulted in the company receiving back-to-back ISO22000 (Food Safety Management Standard) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) certifications respectively in 2011 and 2009. Today, Shoon Fatt owns a 6-acre plant with a staff strength of 400. It is justifiably proud to say that it shall continue to uphold the standard of producing quality biscuits and expand its range of products to meet current market demand and changing trends.

Job Description
• Attend to all sales documentations for various types of properties (on going & completed project). To ensure proper filling system and information.
• Liaise with sales staff, purchasers, solicitors, financiers on execution of legal documents (Sales & Purchase Agreement & Deed of Mutual Covenants) & Loan documentations.
• To ensure timely issuance of progress billing, collection & receipt. To monitor and ensure progressive payment are collected within the stipulated time frame and to prepare aging report.
• To process & keep track on legal fees to solicitors / agent commission that have rendered service on SPA & Loan agreement signing.
• To prepare sales summary report to finance for the agent commission allocation or credit note issuance for the rebate sales.
• To carry out functions relating to credit administration and loan documentation.
• To assist in the documentations for authorities submission matters (e.g. TNB, IWK, etc)
Qualification / Skills
• SPM/Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
• 3 years++ in property industry
. Minimum 3 years working experience in Financing, Credit Control & Collection environment.

Managing all the Finance and Accounts activities for the holdings. Assisting the Manager
/ Senior Manager in business planning and MIS. Support group companies where

Key Accountabilities and Deliverables
• Oversee and manage all income and expense related accounting, MIS and

• Manage vendor management and payments to vendors; vendor agreements and
performance
• Review and monitor all tax related matters. Coordinate with tax consultants for
various taxation matters relating to assessments and appeals
• Handle statutory, tax and internal audits as per the audit schedule. Manage all

• Manage closing of accounts as per the schedule

• Management and reporting of working capital and funds status on a periodic
