Job Description
Responsibilities:
Gnosis Laboratories is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Clerical Duties:
- Perform data entry and maintain databases.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in organizing company events and conferences.
- Manage calendars for executives and senior management.
- Communication:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Handle internal and external correspondence.
- Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed.
- Support Functions:
- Assist in HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Support financial operations by processing invoices and expense reports.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline administrative processes.
Requirements:
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Office System, or Business Administration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management software.
- Familiarity with inventory systems will be an advantage.
Remuneration:
According to qualifications and experience. We provide an attractive remuneration package; inclusive of Basic Salary, Sales Commission &
