Qualification: The following qualifications are preferred:
1. Associate Member of MAICSA, or/and

Job Description:
1. Manage a portfolio of clients in all aspects of company secretarial functions including preparation of various resolutions and statutory forms/registers, to always ensure statutory and corporate compliance.
2. Assist in special assignments with fellow professional team members as and when the required such as liquidation, consultancy, due diligence, corporate exercises, restructuring etc.
3. At least 3-5 years working experience in company secretarial field. [Note: with exposure in public listed companies experience will have an added advantage]
4. Working knowledge in company secretarial practices and Companies Act 2016 preferred. [Note: Exposure in corporate governance and other rules etc. will have an added advantage]
5. Secretarial software literate, good interpersonal & communication skills, and work under minimum supervision.

Seratech Systems (M) Sdn. Bhd., also known as STS Hoist, is a crane manufacturer and also a licensee partner for Munck Cranes AS, Norway, to market Munck hoists and cranes components in Malaysia. STS also joint venture with our China partner and technical support From ABM Germany to manufacturing our house brand “STS Hoist” in China. STS Hoist are using ABM motor and gearbox from Germany.
STS also ventures into other products, such as: Goods-hoists system, monorail systems, Hydraulic Scissors lifter, Dock Leveler, Conveyor systems and other custom make engineering products which related to Material Handling needs. STS had built a wide range of comprehensive cranes and hoists which accredited by local authority JKKP by granted STS a manufacturing license with registered no: BT 86/064 .
