What you will be responsible for As a Client Service, Vice President your responsibilities will include but no limited to:Responsible for the day to day management and successful long-term relationships of assigned accounts.Relationships individually managed are generally global, large sized.Begins to focus on strategic aspects of maintaining and growing long-term relationships.Ensures superior client satisfaction by acting as an advocate for clients and ensuring client issues are satisfactorily resolved. Proactive identification of client needs and potential internal issues impacting client satisfaction.Works closely with internal teams and clients. Facilitates communication between Client Service Operations & other business units to ensure an effective operating environment. Works with senior management keeping them informed of new developments, service issues, and new business opportunities.May be responsible for client retention and revenue expansion through existing services and cross sell. Identifies potential barriers to exit through strategic value-added services.Provides overall project management for client related initiatives. Acts as a liaison between business units to ensure successful implementation. Manages internal and client expectations.Prepares internal risk and compliance profiles, responds to inquiries from client auditors and periodically reviews client invoices for accuracy.Capability to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close on multiple cross-organizational projects concurrently, working with multiple project teams. What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role:Demonstrated strong leadership and successful independent project management skills.Experience in relationship management will be considered a strong plus.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to facilitate a shared understanding of a problem and possible solutions.Ability to multi task and work efficiently to meet client deliverables.Strong critical thinking skills, including considering stakeholder needs and asking probing questions until the real needs are surfaced and understood.Strong interpersonal communication, collaboration, facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and connect the dots to identify themes and common needs.Leadership skills to provide direction and support within the team.Excellent administrative and organizational skills Education & Preferred QualificationsBS/BA degree requiredMust have a minimum of 10 years of related experience, preferably in financial services industry.6+ years of leadership experienceKnowledge of financial services computer systems, financial operations and/or mutual fund and related industries will be considered a strong plus.Bachelor’s degree with accounting Additional requirementsA smart, challenging and energetic person with a passion and deep understanding of program management across Global organizations.Additional personal characteristics will include unbound energy, with a gravitas to work with key stakeholders across the organization.
