We are experiencing rapid and strong growth, and are currently looking for a Support Technician (ST) who will play a leading role in the AutoStore North America / Canada and LATAM Service and Support Team.  


The ST will be a part of a team that handles 24 hour partner support cases globally. Working with the Service and Support North America and LATAM as well as our Global team. The position has hands on and troubleshooting activities on the Autostore robots, grid platform and software.  


All training is provided in house insures success. 

Position is located in New Hampshire - Derry office 


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 

  • 24 Hour support line  

  • Day and Night Shift work is required on a schedule  

  • Handle Salesforce cases and tickets in Jira, troubleshooting and resolving problems  

  • Processing orders and warranty cases 

  • Participate in 24/7 rotational support 

  • Have knowledge about all AutoStore modules 

  • Follow all internal procedures and processes  

AVAILABLE SHIFTS (working weekends and holidays are required) 

  • Day Shift (7:00am 4:00pm) 

  • Swing Shift (4:00pm 12:00am) 

  • Evening / Overnight (11:00pm 8:00am) 



  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent, or two years plus of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow. 

  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm. 

  • Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical. 

  • Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific. 

  • Acute attention to detail. 

  • Commitment to excellence and high standards. 

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Salesforce. 

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. 

  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions. 

  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player.

Other requirements 

Travel up to 10% to, Europe, or other sites in NA- Canada and LATAM as required to support customers or receive training.  


Autostore office is located in Derry New Hampshire. 

  • Current driver’s license is required. 

  • Passport is required or ability to acquire. 

  • Ability to speak other languages is an advantage.
