The Role
• Provide technical support, selections, and estimating assistance to sales teams during the project design or proposal phase.
• Support detailed project estimating and scope of work development in conjunction with sales.
• Prepare customer proposals, quote letters, and associated documentation, including project takeoffs and specification review.
• Manage project Profit and Loss (P&L) and customer satisfaction for assigned projects.
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to develop and provide engineered equipment submittals.
• Coordinate the factory equipment order process, including material selection, ordering, and delivery tracking.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio), Adobe Writer, and basic Windows operating system.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large and diverse number of projects simultaneously with professionalism and persistence.
