Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable person to join our team in our Manufacturing facility in Bridgewater, MA.
In this role you will perform a variety of duties within our Refinery and to be trained in the other daily operations required while ensuring best-practice standards in the delivery of our final product.
The employee undertaking this role will be trained in the following responsibilities:
- Melting and smelting operations
- Maintain acceptable levels of output with all processes of melting operation.
- Final metal barring and granulation work daily
- Polishing metal bars to meet company standards and quality control measures
- Operations of stamping and serializing products
- Learn and operate all machinery required to complete all elements of the role
- Assisting in the development & refinement of quality control and safety processes
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork
- Excellent attendance and the ability to work overtime when needed.
- Physical fitness, as this role, involves manual handling, lifting up to 35lbs, and will have you standing most of the day.
- Successful candidates must pass pre-employment drug and background check.
