Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Junior Python Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for entry level candidates or early-career professionals looking to build scalable backend systems, develop APIs, and work on cloud-based applications.
You will collaborate with senior developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend applications using Python
- Build and consume RESTful APIs
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Assist in database design and SQL query optimization
- Debug and troubleshoot application issues
- Participate in code reviews and Agile/Scrum ceremonies
- Support CI/CD deployment processes
- Contribute to microservices-based architecture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related STEM field
- 0–2 years of experience (internship or academic projects acceptable)
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
