We are seeking an
Embedded Program Manager to serve as a trusted on-site partner supporting consultant operations, recruiter collaboration, and day-to-day client relationship needs. This is a highly relational, fast-moving role best suited for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, communicates well, and can balance organization with flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day embedded liaison supporting on-site team needs
- Support consultant onboarding, check-ins, and ongoing engagement
- Partner closely with recruiters on openings and candidate calibration
- Help interpret hiring needs and communicate requests across stakeholders
- Maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders
- Surface opportunities, insights, and account-related feedback
- Help consultants navigate ambiguity, questions, or day-to-day issues
- Use sound judgment to determine when to escalate versus resolve independently
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a relationship-first approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort working on-site in a hybrid environment with consistent in-person presence
- Ability to stay calm, adaptable, and effective in ambiguous situations
- Highly organized without relying on overly rigid processes
- Experience partnering with recruiting, staffing, or talent teams
- Good judgment and the ability to work independently when appropriate
- Professional, approachable, and proactive working style
